LDMS Boys and Girls Track & Field
There is a place on the team for anyone willing to put in the work to succeed! Being a track & field athlete can be nothing but beneficial to you. All sports require running, strength, and coordination! In Track & Field you will train your body and mind to perfection. Track & Field is not just for distance runners and sprinters. Incredible strength is necessary to succeed in the throwing events like the shot put and discus. Learning how to high or long jump will increase your coordination and agility.
