Canvas vs. Power School

CANVAS... is our district platform for course content and assignments.

     -Students regularly use CANVAS. They have a username and password.

     -The most important parts of CANVAS include the HOME PAGE and MODULES.

     -Each course home page also contains a LINK to our 6th grade HOMEWORK GOOGLE DOC.

     *GRADES on this platform are not all-inclusive. Please refer to Power School for accurate grades.

POWER SCHOOL... is our district platform for grading.

     -You can access your child's grades by clicking on the word GRADES at the top of the district web page, www.ldsd.org.

     -If you have not received your username and password, please contact the middle school office @ 717.566.5300.

     *GRADES are all-inclusive. This is the platform to check your child's grades.
